New School 99 is still being built. These are the parts of the game that don't work yet.
Quests
When you start New School 99, your quest list shows a lot of quests as Completed, but you have 0 quest points.
Those quests are still in development and don't work yet. They show as Completed only because they can't be played: you haven't done them, and they don't give quest points.
See also quests you might expect but won't find, for quests that aren't in the 2012 game at all.
